“ J’ai passé un excellent moment aux Chimères, un endroit à la fois chaleureux et original. La formule entrée-plat-dessert pour 23 € est très raisonnable au vu de la qualité. Le gaspacho de betteraves était frais, délicatement assaisonné, une belle entrée pleine de saveurs. Le filet de lieu, tendre et parfaitement cuit, était savoureux et accompagné de produits frais et bien choisis. En dessert, le sorbet chocolat apportait une touche de légèreté et finissait le repas de manière idéale — gourmand et raffiné à la fois. J’ai vraiment senti l’implication du chef : la cuisine est inventive et voyageuse.Le cadre, avec son piano à queue, sa déco vintage soignée, crée une ambiance à part – élégante, intimiste, conviviale . Le service est chaleureux, professionnel, et très attentif. En résumé : excellente cuisine, prix abordables, accueil très humain — je recommande vivement ce lieu pour un repas de qualité dans une ambiance charmante. ”

I have been here for the first time upon recommedation from Caroline from the Ris de Feu and wasn’t dissappointed. There’s a new menu every day that the service explains to you. You chose what you want: Just a main course, or a two or three course meal. I went for Mackerel rillettes as a starter and a shrimp tanjine. Both very tasty and served by the chef himself which we could observe working in his kitchen. Make reservations as it was fully booked last night! One more fact: I loved the family heritage cutlery on the table ”
